TECARE running environment includes the following requirements:

(1)     Hardware Requirements

Computer, Telephone switch, Network switch, Router, Telephone(optional)

Sever: Intel/AMD central processing unit, CPU1.5Ghz, Memory 4GB, 100G free hard disk space, Network card, Voice card (Telephone necessary ,refer to official web side for detail voice card information), sound card, headset and microphone).

(2)     System requirements

Sever: Microsoft Windows sever 2003/2008/2012/2016(above system only support 64 bits)

Client: Microsoft win XP/Vista/Win7/Win8/Win10(Support 32bits and 64 bits)

(3)     Port setting requirements

Sever port: 7100 in TCP communications and.

             7100 in UDP communications.

(4)     Server requirements: Public IP addresses that can be accessed.

【Note】It’s good to access static IP address. If access dynamic IP address you need to use the third party DDNS(Dynamic Domain Name Sever) or other tools to DDN resolution .

Explanation: DDNS is a dynamic IP address mapping of users to a fixed domain name service. Each user connect to the network when the client go through the transmission of information.
